Oops! GUNZ did it again - new record sales in 2018 with an increase of € 7 million

Munich, 15.January 2019

The successful Austrian family business GUNZ is a food wholesaler whose product range comprises around 1,200 products. Over the course of 2018, a great deal was once again invested in digital process control and associated optimizations, with an extremely positive effect on the annual sales of GUNZ Warenhandels GmbH: these reached a new record level of €142 million.

 


Almost all sales in more than 100 countries now take place via two digital channels: The multilingual B2B e-business platform and the B2B Sales APP, which is equally international in scope. While the e-business platform is open to all GUNZ customers, the Sales APP is the comprehensive tool for all GUNZ employees in the field.

 


Both digital B2B solutions were designed and developed by the Munich-based IT company ICONPARC.
