Smart planner for worldwide distribution of the finest chocolates, chocolates and snacks

Munich, 20. October 2020

How do you coordinate 70 sales representatives who visit up to ten customers a day in over 100 countries? It is not unusual for the field sales force to prove to be the most expensive instrument in a company's sales organization. The software developers at ICONPARC have now created the perfect control system for the Austrian goods trading company Gunz. "As with the webshop and the B2B sales app, ICONPARC has presented a visionary concept with the tour planner and put it into practice," enthuses Gunz managing director Michael Temel.

The successful family business has already been operating a B2B e-business platform from the Munich-based software company for several years. This platform has now been expanded to include a field service planning module. The new tool enables Gunz to serve its customers even more efficiently. Sales and dispatchers are in contact with each other via fast data lines - in real time and in more than 100 countries around the world.

All dispatchers need for the new ICONPARC Trip Planner is a desktop computer with Internet. The application works on all common browsers and operating systems. Updates take place without interruption during operation. The user interface and content are available in different languages. All data is mirrored in real time in both directions. Dispatchers and sales staff are thus always up to date - even over distances of thousands of kilometers. Communication between the trip planner and the Sales APP is encrypted. The program protects a 2-step verification.
