Red Zac wins Austrian Retail Innovation Award 2020

Red Zac and the software company ICONPARC put more than a year of development work into the Interactive Digital Signage smartZAC. And the effort has paid off: As part of the Austrian Retail Innovation Award 2020, the Austrian Trade Association has named the - in both senses - outstanding innovative solution "Best Omnichannel Innovation".

 


Red Zac and ICONPARC bring the virtual world into the salesroom of the future with the smart Interactive Digital Signage. "We have taken the next step in terms of consulting expertise," explains Red Zac board member Peter Osel. The 1.80-meter-high stele provides on-site consultants with an interactive system that provides lightning-fast and comprehensive access to the entire product range. "The smart stele is both a virtual salesroom and a consulting aid," adds Red Zac CMO Brendan Lenane.

 


Sophisticated software lets customers immerse themselves in Red Zac's entire assortment world. The first 4K touch display of this size offers brilliant images and search results in milliseconds. Easy handling with finger and swipe gestures also ensures optimal user-friendliness.

 


The Austrian Trade Association, which connects retail companies with around 400,000 employees at 20,000 locations, is presenting the Retail Innovation Awards for the fifth time this year.
